We are committed to keeping your personal identity safe. Your information is used to provide the Services and assist in providing you with a more personalised online experience. In addition, we may monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us better develop the content, design, and layout of the overall Website and to provide better service. We do not sell or otherwise give away our customer information for commercial profit to third parties for their promotional purposes.

What information do we collect:

Personal Information: We receive and store any information you have submitted on the Website or provided to us. On some pages, you can rent products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected are:

(Please note that children below the age of 14 are not eligible to use our Services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any additional personally identifiable information to us).

How long we keep your personal information

We will keep your personal information for as long as you are a user of Kiki.

After you become an alumnus, we will keep your data for the purposes previously outlined, or if we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory or technical reasons.

If you are not a current user or alumnus of Kiki, we will keep your records for 3 years, for the purposes previously outlined, or if we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory or technical reasons.

We will always make sure that your privacy is protected and only use it for those purposes.

INFORMATION USAGE

When you place an order, we use your personally identifiable information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of its status. We may also refer to such personally identifiable information in an effort to better tailor our Services to your needs. Occasionally, we may email / message you about important changes to our Website, new Services, and special offers.

When Customer Service receives questions over email or message, they use these email addresses or phone number only to reply to customers. Such addresses are not used for any other purposes and are not shared with any third parties for their promotional parties.

We use generic information to track the use of the Website and the Services and for other internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving the Services and the Website.

We never use or share the personal information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to opt out.

Service Providers and Agents: Kiki uses third parties to perform functions on its behalf. These third party providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but none of these third parties are authorised to use your information for their promotional purposes.

Aggregated Data: We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third parties that we collaborate with or engage in the course of business. These statistics do not include any personally identifiable information.

Business Transaction: In the event that Kiki goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets (a “Business Transaction”), your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. We may share or transfer your information in connection with such Business Transaction.

Legal Disclosure: Kiki reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, subpoena, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

HOW TO ACCESS, EDIT, OR DELETE YOUR INFORMATION

You remain in control of the personal data you provide. You may review or edit the personal data you submit to us at any time by signing into your Kiki account. We safeguard this procedure by requiring password-granted access or via one-time-passwords.

In line with our commitment to data privacy and in compliance with platform requirements, we have provided an in-app feature that allows you to initiate the deletion of your account and associated data. This feature can be found within the account settings section of the Kiki app. By using this feature, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data directly from within the app.

Please note that deleting your account will remove your personal data from our records, along with any transactions and communications that you’ve created, in accordance with our data retention practices. The deletion of this data may restrict your ability to effectively use the Service.

If you prefer, you can also request that Kiki delete your account and personal data by emailing us at hello@kikiprep.au. We will respond to these requests and initiate the deletion process within 72 hours.

Please be aware that the deletion process may take some time to complete. We will inform you of the expected timeframe for deletion and will provide a confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

HOW TO OPT OUT

We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of having your personal information used for certain purposes. For example, if you purchase a product/Service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you may choose not to receive any additional email correspondence. If you wish to be sent only basic communications regarding your purchases, you can manage your preferences by going to the Edit Profile page under the Privacy section.

We suggest that you keep your account private and avoid sharing it to any third parties. If others have access to your account, the possibility exists that your personal information could be accessed and compromised.

SECURING YOUR INFORMATION

All servers are protected by firewalls in secure facilities.
